Tahoe Donner
This Tahoe Donner property epitomizes the collaborative spirit of our family-led team, blending the architectural genius of my grandfather with the interior design flair of my Nana, Carolyn Peterson, under the guidance of a father-daughter duo designing and building.
Nestled high among the trees, this project was a unique journey to craft a home that mirrors the enchantment of a treehouse. Achieving a balance between rustic charm and modern elegance, we created a tranquil mountain retreat designed to foster lasting memories.

Falcon Point
This recent project, aimed at rejuvenating an outdated Tahoe Donner residence, was a journey towards modernity, all while adhering to a more limited budget. The essence of this endeavor was to infuse the home with a contemporary mountain aesthetic, crafting a space that not only accommodates, but comfortably welcomes a large family seeking a second home—a retreat designed with hospitality in mind, providing ample room for hosting friends and loved ones. Collaborating closely with Castle Peak Construction, we meticulously worked to breathe new life into this property, ensuring every detail contributed to making this vision a reality.
